Our Policies

In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage/spa experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

Scheduling Policy:

For parties of 2 or more people, or for Spa Packages we require a credit card number to book/hold your appointment.

Arrival Policy:

Please arrive promptly for your appointment times. Any late arrivals may only be treated for the duration of the scheduled appointment time and charged the full amount of the scheduled service time. New Clients: Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment in order to allow time to fill out our Client Information Sheet.

Cancellation Policy:
Please be award that cancellations are only accepted 24 hours before the appointments. Any services not cancelled in a timely manner will be subjected to a fee of 25% of the total appointment cost. No-Shows will be charged the 50% amount for the service. Gift certificates will be reduced to half value.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificate Policy: Gift Certificates are one time use, and are valid for 6 months. Expired Gift Certificates will not be honored. No exceptions. They are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable, however, they are transferable. Gift Certificates need to be brought in and presented each time services are rendered. If you have a Gift Certificate please refer to our Cancellation Policy above before you schedule your appointment.

Return Policy:
Return items in their original packages or with tags attached may be returned within two weeks of purchase.
