Spa Policy

In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage/spa experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies:

For parties of 2 or more people, or for Spa Packages we require a credit card number to book/hold your appointment. 

No-Shows will be charged the 100% amount for the service. Gift certificates will be reduced to half value.

Please arrive promptly for your appointment times. Any late arrivals may only be treated for the duration of the scheduled appointment time and charged the full amount of the scheduled service time. New Clients: Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment in order to allow time to fill out our Client Information Sheet.

Please be award that cancellations are only accepted 24 hours before the appointments. Any services not cancelled in a timely manner will be subjected to a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. Gift Certificate Policy: Gift Certificates are one time use, and are valid for 12 months. Expired Gift Certificates will not be honored. No exceptions. They are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable, however, they are transferable. Gift Certificates need to be brought in and presented each time services are rendered. If you have a Gift Certificate please refer to our Cancellation Policy above before you schedule your appointment

Return items in their original packages or with tags attached may be returned within two weeks of purchase.

Guests with known medical conditions are advised to consult first with their physician before booking any spa services. We reserve the right to discontinue or refuse service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

We recommend leaving all valuables and jewelry at home before visiting for spa services. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period.
