Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Requirements

A valid credit card and email address are required to participate in the Zhen Day Spa & Beauty Membership Program.

Billing Policy

Monthly membership payments are automatically charged each month according to the member’s selected plan.

Monthly Treatments

Each monthly payment includes one membership treatment based on your selected membership. Membership treatments should be redeemed each month.

Rollovers

Unused membership treatments may roll over for up to 6 months as long as the membership remains active.

Appointment Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the membership treatment being redeemed.

Family Share

Membership services may be shared with one approved family member or friend through the Zhen Family Share Program.

Suspension Policy

Memberships may be paused for up to 3 months per calendar year. During suspension, membership benefits, rollovers, and discounts cannot be used.

Cancellation Policy

After the initial 6-month commitment, memberships may be canceled with 30 days written notice.

Membership Changes

Zhen Day Spa & Beauty reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, and terms with advance notice.
