Spa Policies & Guidelines

In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding spa experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies:

1. Booking and Cancellation Policies:

  • Booking Procedures

For parties of 2 or more people, or for Spa Packages we require a credit card number to book/hold your appointment.

  • Cancellation Notice: Please be aware that cancellations are only accepted 24 hours before the appointments.
  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows

Any services not cancelled in a timely manner will be subjected to a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. No-Shows will be charged the 100% amount for the service. Gift certificates will be reduced to half value

2. Arrival Time

Clients are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, changing, and completing any necessary forms.

3. Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the next client’s appointment. Full treatment fees will still apply.

4.Payment Policies

  • Accepted Payment Methods: The spa accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and spa gift certificates.
  • Gratuities: Tipping is optional but greatly appreciated, typically 15-20% of the service cost. Gratuity can be provided directly to the therapist or added to the final bill.

5.Health and Safety

  • Health Conditions: Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications before booking treatments.
  • Medical Clearance: Some treatments may require medical clearance or approval from a physician, especially for clients with certain health conditions. 

6. Etiquette and Conduct

  • Cell Phones and Disturbances: To maintain a relaxing environment, clients are requested to silence their cell phones and keep noise to a minimum.
  • Attire: Comfortable spa attire or robes may be provided, and disposable undergarments are available for certain treatments.

7. Age Restrictions

Minors: Clients under a certain age 17 may need parental consent or accompaniment for certain spa services

8. Gift Certificates and Packages

  • Redemption: Spa gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and may not be redeemable for cash.
  • Expiration: Gift certificates and prepaid packages may have expiration dates, and extensions may be available upon request

9. Service Guarantees

Satisfaction Guarantee

The spa may offer a satisfaction guarantee where clients can request adjustments or corrections to their services if not fully satisfied.

10.Facility Use

Spa Facilities: Clients are welcome to use spa facilities such as relaxation lounges, steam rooms, or saunas before or after their treatments, subject to availability and any additional fees.

 

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

Client Information: The spa respects client privacy and confidentiality regarding personal information and treatment details

12.Feedback and Complaints

Procedure: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback or address any concerns promptly with spa management. Complaints are taken seriously and handled discreetly and professionally

 

13. Product Returns and Retail Sales

Returns: Retail products may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase and in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.

 

14. Membership and Loyalty Programs

Benefits: Details of membership benefits, loyalty rewards, and any exclusive offers available to members

 

15.Promotions and Discounts

Terms: Terms and conditions for spa promotions, discounts, or special offers, including validity periods and any restrictions

 

16. Safety and Liability

Liability Waiver: Clients may be required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging understanding of risks associated with certain spa services.
