Gift Card & Spa Package Policy

At Zhen Day Spa & Beauty, our gift cards and spa packages are created to provide flexibility and a smooth guest experience. Please review the following policies before purchase or redemption.

Gift Card Policy

• Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

• Gift cards may be used toward spa services, spa packages, and eligible retail products.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

• Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

• Promotional or bonus gift cards may have separate expiration dates or terms, which will be disclosed at purchase.

• Expired gift cards cannot be honored.

Spa Package Policy

• Spa packages are pre-set experiences and cannot be split into individual services.

• Spa packages are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

• All services within a package must be used by the same guest(s) and during the same visit, unless otherwise stated.

• Package pricing reflects bundled value and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, unless clearly noted.

• Promotional or holiday packages may have specific expiration dates, which will be communicated at purchase.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Advance booking is recommended for all gift cards and spa packages.

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the gift card or package value.

• Late arrivals may shorten service time while the full value remains charged.

Additional Information

• All services are subject to availability.

• Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests 21 years or older with valid ID.

• Zhen Day Spa & Beauty reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time.
